‑ ‑ NOTE: The "Then and Now" pages above are the results of investigations into just "where did it happen?" I find a photo of an item of interest, such as an airship over some city, and I attempt to identify where it was taken! Using modern tools like Google Earth, SketchUp, ScreenRuler, trigonometry, and available evidence I ferret out the location. Some really interesting things come up! If you have not checked out this site in a while, there's always new info added, and I've included several pages of Zeppelin memorials, monuments, and grave-sites as they become known to me.
"Is the Earth Flat?... Let’s Actually Test It!" - Original posting 29 Nov, 2020 This long page explains how to prove if the Earth is flat or not. Many believe the Earth is flat so I present a very simple test anyone can do to prove it. This is a long read so enough detail could be provided so the proof can be understood but it relies only on simple algebra and trigonometry.

"On the Question of 5, 30-day Lunar Months" - Original posting May 2013, last updated 19 Dec 2015 This is a discussion of how we can know that one cannot have five, consecutive 30-day months in ANY lunar-based calendar. I made this analysis because I could find no research into the matter, and yet many assume it is possible.
"A Pill (tablet) Shaver for Medication Dose Adjustment" - Original posting May 2013, last updated Apr 2021 Here I present a succinct overview of my design and fabrication of a "Pill Shaver" - not a fabric fuzz shaver, rather a way to "trim" or "shave" a medication tablet, to a desired dose.
De-Mystifying the "Marfa Lights" - Original posting Dec 2004, last updated 13 March, 2020 Multiple narratives explaining that the Marfa Lights in Texas are nothing but man-made lights seen from a great distance. (Maintained now only sporadically as no one really cares about the Marfa Lights.)
Why Not a Practical Solar Powered Car?- Original posting Aug 2005, last updated Aug 2018 Thoughts on why we don't find practical solar powered automobiles. No conspiracies here, just good, old physics.
...more to come ... someday ... when that elusive "time" is found.
