"Then and Now" - Original posting Aug 2012, last updated 5 Jun, 2017 Results of investigations into just "where it happened". I find a photo of an item of interest, such as an airship over some city, and I attempt to identify where it was taken! Using modern tools like Google Earth, SketchUp, ScreenRuler, trigonometry, and available evidence I ferret out the location. Some really interesting things come up! If you have not checked out this site in a while, there has been lots of new info added, included several pages of Zeppelin memorials, monuments, and gravesites.

"A Pill (tablet) Shaver for Medication Dose Adjustment" - Original posting May 2013, last updated Apr 2015 Here I present a succinct overview of my design and fabrication of a "Pill Shaver" - not a fabric fuzz shaver, rather a way to "trim" or "shave" a medication tablet, to a desired dose.
"Marfa Lights" - Original posting Dec 2004, last updated 18 Dec 2015 Details of discovery of a similar situation in Colorado ("Springs Lights!") where the "cause" or "source" is
understood thereby providing significant evidence that the Marfa Lights in Texas are
nothing but man-made lights seen from a great distance. (Maintained now only sporadically as no one really cares about the Marfa Lights.)
Why Not a Practical Solar Powered Car?- Original posting Aug 2005, last updated Dec 2015 Thoughts on why we don't find practical solar powered automobiles. No conspiracies here, just good, old physics.
